Messed up our taxes and barely acknowledged their mistake. Got snooty when I called them and asked them to help stop the threatening letters we were getting from the IRS due to their mistake. They did finally call and get them off our back, but a year later we still don't have our refund. They refuse to acknowledge that their screw up delayed our refund.
